is obtained from the hand-picked filet of the aleo vera by pressing and subsequently filtration. Aloe vera can reach a height of 50 cm and is a cactaceous plant. It is originally from the Arabian Peninsula and is meanwhile also cultivated in South America, Africa and in parts of Asia. After two to three years the plant grows yellow and red blossoms. The colour of the juice is coherent with the harvest time. The juice of in the summer harvested raw goods is always a bit darker.
About the aloe vera content:
Similar to the sugar content of grapes/fruit, the aloe vera content reflects the ripeness of the leaves. A high quality Aloe Vera contains approx. 800 mg /ltr Aloverose, top qualitiy juice contains up to 1000, lace juice brings it to 1200. It should be noted that the whole leaf juice cannot be compared with filleted quality. A whole leaf juice can easily reach up to 2000 mg because the polysaccharides lie under the leaf skin and cannot be completely extracted when filleted. Because of the use of the leaf shells, the whole leaf juice is very highly enriched with aloin and has to be filtered with a large amount of activated carbon. Customers who want to buy juice for drinking avoid whole leaf products.
Aloverose - also known as Acemanan - are special mucopolysaccharides which are measured and calculated by spectral analysis.
